FAQs

Are JusCollege trips safe?

We have an exceptional safety record. We take a number of safety precautions, including working with reputable handpicked partners, and providing our travelers with real-time SMS and email alerts, and more.

In addition, for international spring break destinations, all travelers receive RFID wristbands, which have the ability to alert us in real-time if a student is admitted to one of our hospital partners. At both US and international spring break trips, we have a risk mitigation team onsite, comprised of former police officers, firefighters and other law enforcement officials, who focus on emergency planning and escalation.

Are deposits refundable?

You’ll be missing out on an amazing, once-in-a-lifetime experience, but if you want to cancel your trip, please know that deposits are fully refundable if canceled within 30 days of placing your deposit.
